SALARY: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking reliable and trustworthy ARMED Patrol Security Officers to join the ACT Security Group team! The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Observe and report, no arrests/apprehensions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises in a marked vehicle to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn and report violators of rules and regulations.
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water.
• Request emergency personnel for as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.

Patrol Guard Licensing Qualifications:

• Previous patrol experience preferred
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving history for the last 3 years
• No Felony convictions 10 years from conviction date, Class A misdemeanors 5 years from conviction date and Class B misdemeanors 2 years from the conviction date involving crimes of moral turpitude. Learn more at Texas Administrative Code (state.tx.us)

Schedule:

• Thursday (split) - 1:00am-7:00am, 7:00pm-7:00am(Friday)
• Friday - 7:00pm-7:00am(Saturday)
• Saturday - 7:00pm-7:00am(Sunday)
• But must be flexible 

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
